Most of my packages run for 12 weeks, as I’ve found this to be the minimum effective timeframe for clients to start seeing meaningful, sustainable results—whether that’s strength gains, improved cardiovascular endurance or weight loss. It gives us the space to build real momentum without rushing the process.

Training Options

I offer three main training options to suit different preferences and lifestyles:

1-1 Personal Training

Train with me in person (park or private garden in Forest Hill) for hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and fully customised sessions. Perfect if you want accountability, motivation, and a supportive push during every workout.

Online Personal Training

Train with me from anywhere. You’ll get a tailored plan, 1-1 sessions on video call, regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support—all delivered online to fit your schedule

Self-Guided Training

Prefer to train on your own? Choose from a range of goal-specific programmes you can follow at your own pace.
