My approach

I believe movement is for everyone, and I foster a judgment-free environment where all levels can thrive. I take a holistic and balanced approach to fitness, integrating bodyweight exercises, mobility, strength training, and HIIT interval training.

My background

My lifelong love for sports and movement has shaped the way I approach fitness. Growing up, I competed in a variety of sports, then moved into marathon running before discovering the world of triathlon. That journey led me to represent Great Britain as part of the Age Group team in both Olympic and Ironman distances.

After a career in Sales and Marketing at Amazon, I made the decision to pursue my passion for health and fitness full-time. My corporate background gave me valuable skills that I bring into personal training—strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to create tailored programmes that fit each client’s unique needs.

I truly believe in the personal growth fitness brings to all of us. I love working with clients of all levels, helping them define their health vision and supporting them every step of the way toward their goals.
